How long will it take to receive my order?

 All orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days, processing time varies depending on the specific product order; most fine art products are made to order unless stated otherwise. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Approximate shipping times: Shipping rates: Free shipping
USA, CANADA: 2-3 weeks $19, $24, $34, $39, $64 $200 and up
EUROPE: 1 week $12, $19, $24, $34, $49 $200 and up
WORLDWIDE: 3-4 weeks $39 $200 and up
ESTONIA: 2-3 working days: $8, $15 $200 and up


Note: 
Please note that this is not a guaranteed timescale, as delays can occur, especially during busy times of the year such as Christmas.

US, CANADA customers: You can track the package using the USPS website.
Please note that you can see when it has left Estonia but can’t track the package until it has reached the US.

How will my order be shipped?

All artwork is professionally packaged rolled in a sturdy shipping tube or in a cardboard box with the greatest care. We use reputable shippers like OMNIVA (Estonia), USPS or FedEx, DHL, UPS.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If an artwork is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when delivered by the carrier then please refuse the package and have the driver document any/all damage to the package. We will replace your order if any damage occurs to your artwork during shipping.
If the package does not appear to be damaged, but upon unpacking it is evident that the artwork has been damaged in any way, we will replace your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at shop@ainvaresart.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted on unused items in their original packaging. 

Customs fees

The receiver is responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country. This is normally not the case for original paintings, prints etc. which are usually are not eligible for duties and extra fees, but each country is different.
