Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return for artwork, please contact us at shop@ainvaresart.com. If your return is approved, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be issued, minus the delivery charge.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Reach out to us at shop@ainvaresart.com with any return inquiries.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

For a quick exchange, return the item you have, wait for acceptance, and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

We'll inform you once we've received and assessed your return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
